PRESS RELEASE for immediate attention
BADA COMPETITION WINNER RECEIVES HOME CINEMA SYSTEM
BADA, the British Audio-Visual Dealers Association, has delivered and installed a complete home cinema system to the winner of its What Hi-Fi? Sound & Vision Show competition.
At the recent What Hi-Fi? Sound & Vision / Best of Stuff Show, BADA ran a competition to win a state of the art home cinema system to support its efforts to widen appreciation of the Association’s aims and objectives. Over five thousand competition entries were handed out to visitors at the show, who were hoping to win the system comprising of a Pioneer PDP427XD plasma, Arcam DV137 DVD player, Arcam AVR300 receiver, B&W MT30 Mini Theatre speaker package and cables from The Chord Company. In addition, full installation by a BADA member was included in the package.
Ashley Taylor, of Banbury near Oxford, was the lucky recipient of the system and during late December Phil Hansen and Brian Welch of BADA delivered his prize. Local BADA dealer, Overture, supplied the installation team and just in time for Christmas Ashley was the proud owner of a fully installed home cinema system.
BADA is committed to ensuring the highest standards of customer service, demonstration, product knowledge and aftersales service and as such Overture ensured that Ashley’s system was correctly configured and calibrated, so as to maximise his enjoyment of the DVDs he received for Christmas. On receipt of his system Ashley commented: “The system is absolutely fabulous thanks. Still amazing. After having seen a few people’s home cinema systems (mostly with LCD displays) over the holidays the set-up is way better! To say I'm pleased is an understatement! I got a few DVDs for Christmas and they are just incredible!”
